1.    Complete the online application form: www.mtc.com.my/timb3r4.0manufacturer (for manufacturer) & www.mtc.com.my/timb3r4.0designer (for designer) or you can scan the QR Code from the image in the above.. 

2.    Submit the necessary documents (as provided in the attached T&C) along with the Self-Declaration Form via email to En. Faizal ([email protected]) and Pn. Nur Adelin ([email protected]) by 29 March 2024 (Friday).
