Guidance for Role Application on MyTax


This article provides a step-by-step guide for end users on role application on MyTax.

 

Step 1:

Please log in to your MyTax account at following link: https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/


 

Step 2: 

Once you logged into your MyTax account, clicked on “Profile”.


 

Step 3: 

Clicked on “Role Application”, then select “New Application” as role type, select “Directors of the company” as type of application, and enter the Company’s TIN in designated field.
If you are unsure about the company’s TIN, please contact any of us for details.


 

Step 4:

After entering the TIN in the designated field, the company details will be displayed. Please make sure the details of the company shown are correct.
However, if the displayed information does not match the intended details, kindly double-check the TIN and ensure it is entered correctly.


 

Step 5:

Once confirmed the details, please upload the documents as per required and click “Submit”.
If you are unsure of what documents needed, you may click on the “ i ” for reference.
Should you need assistance in compiling the necessary documents, feel free to reach out to any of us.

 

Step 6:

Upon submission, you will receive notice of successfully submitted application.


 

Step 7:

Upon approval by LHDN, you will be notified via email.
