AIR-CONDITIONER INSTALLATION SERVICES

The thruth About the AC Installation Process
Before we begin, we don't want to tell a lie. The process of how to install an AC unit is complicated, yes. So much so that you may be surprised, but that is why we want to better explain this to you.

Remove the Old AC System
First, remove the old air conditioner before you begin the new AC installation process. Hopefully, you have hired a professional AC installer to do this. They will protect the area surrounding the AC system and clean up the debris that is left behind from removing it.

Usually, your AC installer will take care of disposing of the old unit. After the installer removes it, the AC installer will do a comprehensive inspection of your home's cooling infrastructure.

This includes looking at the air duct for possible leaking or anything else that can contribute to poor performance. They will notify you if there are additional issues that need to be addressed.

Installing New AC System
Out with the old, now in with the new. When you perform an AC installation, you may need new piping or ductwork and electrical connections. It depends on if the old and new air conditioners have the same hookup.

It may be worthwhile to find a similar air conditioner for the new one, depending on your situation.

While your installer is doing this, he or she will also check all electrical connections. They will add refrigerant depending on the specifications from the manufacturer.

Then, there is testing to make sure that everything is working as it should. That way, you can begin using the new air conditioner
immediately.
