Q: Why did you choose to study at SBIT?
A: I’m currently working as a Computer Technician at Infotech, Puchong. My brother studied at SBIT before me, and he introduced me to the academy. After learning more about the programs and opportunities, I decided to enroll, and that’s how my journey with SBIT began.

A: The practical training at SBIT was extremely beneficial. In the IT field, employers often ask if you have hands-on experience. Thanks to SBIT, I already knew how to assemble computers and handle technical tasks, which gave me a significant advantage at work.
Q: Which course did you enjoy the most at SBIT, and why?
A: I enjoyed subjects related to computer hardware, CCTV configuration, and software installation the most because I have a strong interest in hands-on technical work. These courses were both engaging and directly useful for my career.
Q: Did SBIT’s presentation skills training help you in your job?
A: Before joining SBIT, I had no experience with presentations or creating PowerPoint slides. However, my current job requires me to present my work and explain my tasks. Thanks to SBIT, I learned how to structure my presentations, build effective slides, and confidently present my ideas—skills that have been incredibly useful in my workplace.
Q: What makes SBIT unique compared to other institutions?
A: I studied during the COVID-19 period, so classes were conducted online. Despite that, SBIT provided a smooth and effective learning experience, ensuring we still received quality education and practical training.
Q: How has the education loan impacted you?
A: Financially, it would have been difficult for my parents to fully support my diploma course. Since I was working while studying, SBIT’s education loan allowed me to continue my studies without financial strain. I was also unsure about the loan process, but Mr. Terrance guided me step by step, helping me understand the agreement and making everything easier.
Q: Would you recommend SBIT to friends or family?
A: Definitely! I’ve already recommended SBIT to my brother and cousin because I believe SBIT helps students build a promising future. No matter where you start, SBIT will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
