About delivery
In order to ensure that the goods received are in good condition, it is recommended that customers and couriers inspect and accept your express packages in person, and sign for them after confirming that the goods are in good condition!
Delivery time
Typically, orders will be ready to ship within 24-48 hours. In exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be delayed. For example, individuals are asked to inject energy products, which requires at least 3 days for the energy infusion process. Another example is booking/pre-ordering products, which needs to be determined according to the current situation. Of course, it will be discussed with the customer in advance. If there is any shortage, we will contact you in advance. (Time limit is not valid on holidays and promotion days)
About logistics partners
We mainly use NINJA VAN's professional express delivery service. However, in some special circumstances, we may choose to use other express delivery services.
Once your package is ready for pickup, the delivery tracking number will be updated and you will be notified.
Parcel status
If the outer box of the product you receive has obvious dents or damage, please refuse to sign for it and contact customer service for processing. If you still sign to accept the package and file an appeal on the grounds of damage, we will not accept it. If the goods are damaged during transportation, we will be fully responsible for the damage or quality problems of the goods. If there is any damage or quality problem during transportation, you can get a refund or reship. If you have any questions, please contact customer service in time.
Accidents
If there are any undesirable circumstances or changes, please contact us immediately before we arrange for a courier to pick up the item.
For members, you can check the shipping status of your package in the members area and contact us immediately in the members area to make any changes. Additionally, members can contact us via Whatsapp, whichever method is convenient for you.
For customers, please contact us immediately via Whatsapp (012 282 7203 / 010 228 7203) so that changes can be arranged for you as soon as possible.
Important tips
Please note that your shipping and parcel delivery (address/time) can only be modified before the courier has picked up the item or the delivery status has not been updated.
If your package has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes for you. We can only ask the courier service partner to send it back to us and then re-ship it to you again, but you have to bear the additional shipping costs!
