DAIKIN AIR-CONDITIONER ERROR CODE & STEPS

This page helps you to do simple self-diagnosis by malfunction code.

To search for the error code, kindly follow the instruction below:

Step 1 -  When the ON TIMER CANCEL button or OFF TIMER CANCEL button is held down for 5 seconds, a “00” indication flashes on the temperature display section.

Step 2 - Press the ON TIMER CANCEL button or OFF TIMER CANCEL button repeatedly until a continuous beep is produced.

Step 3 - Check the error code as displayed (error code table attached)

Step 4 - To cancel the code display, hold on the ON TIMER CANCEL button or OFF TIMER. Hold CANCEL button down for 5 seconds. The code display also cancels itself if the button is not pressed for 1 minute.

Be sure to follow the instructions. If molded case circuit breakers or earth leakage circuit breakers have tripped, do not reset the breaker immediately without first checking for any problems with insulation of equipment.
