How to Register LHDN MyInvois Portal for e-invoice?

 

Step 1: Go to https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/ and log in using your Identification Card Number. Enter your username and password, then click submit to log in.

Step 2: After logging in, select MyInvois on the top menu. Read and accept the terms and conditions.


Step 3: Fill up your taxpayer profile details. Enter SST Registration Number and Tourism Tax Registration Number, if available. Please ensure all details are correct, then click save.

 

Step 4: Enter your notification email, choose your preferred language, and save.

Step 5: Registration completed!


 


 

How to Register ERP for IT Guidance Software on MyInvois Portal?

 

Step 1: Visit https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/ and click Myinvois.

Step 2: Tap the icon on the top right and click "View Taxpayer Profile".

Step 3: Scroll down to the "Representatives Section" and then click "Register ERP".

Step 4: Next, insert ERP Name such as IT Guidance SDN. BHD. Choose a client secret expiration (recommended to choose 3 years) and complete the registration. 

Step 5: Copy Client ID, Client Secret 1, and Client Secret 2, and pass them to the ITG Support Team, and they will help you put it in the software.
 


 

 

How to Add Intermediary into LHDN Invoice?

 

Step 1: Visit https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/ and click Myinvois.

Step 2: Tap the icon on the top right and click "View Taxpayer Profile".

Step 3: Scroll down to the "Representatives Section" and then click "Add Intermediary".

Step 4: Enter your software provider TIN, BRN and Name. For ITG Software, please put the following details:

Company Name: IT Guidance SDN. BHD.

Step 5: Please ensure all permissions are enabled for submissions, cancellations, request rejections and viewing. Then, save the intermediary.
