Materials handling ID Fans, De-stoners, and Cyclones are designed to withstand abrasive and sometimes, corrosive environments. However, normal chromium carbide dual plate or AR400 plate loses their wear resistance at high temperatures.

JP™ Engineering Services have the capability and technology to restore and improve ID Fans, eliminating and preventing excessive corrosion.
JP™ DOP (Diamond on Plate) Wear Plates (outstanding resistance against abrasion and improved functionality) and JP™ CORRO TEMP 700℃ (anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistance) are used to extend the ID Fans lifespan.
