Inlay, Crowns and Bridges

Introduction to Inlays, Crowns, and Bridges

Inlays are custom-made restorations typically used to repair moderately damaged teeth. They are fabricated outside the mouth and then bonded to the tooth's surface, restoring its shape, strength, and function.

Crowns, also known as dental caps, are prosthetic devices that completely encase a damaged or weakened tooth. They are designed to strengthen the tooth structure, improve its appearance, and protect it from further damage.

Bridges are fixed dental prostheses used to replace one or more missing teeth. They consist of artificial teeth (pontics) supported by adjacent natural teeth or dental implants, restoring the patient's ability to chew, speak, and smile confidently.
