Members Rights
-Members' rights can be modified to the extent of the constitution.
-The right to attend, speak, and vote at general meetings a fundamental right that cannot be sued.

-Right to include an item on the agenda set out in the notice convening a members’ meeting (MM)
-Right to convene a MM.
