Installation Service

  1. Installation Services: We provide installation services for the products that we sell. Installation services may be offered at an additional charge, which will be communicated to you before the installation begins.

  2. Site Preparation: You are responsible for preparing the site where the installation will take place. This includes ensuring that the area is clear and accessible, and that any necessary permits have been obtained.

  3. Installation Date and Time: We will work with you to schedule a mutually agreed upon installation date and time. In the event that you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled installation time.

  4. Access to Property: You are responsible for providing access to the property where the installation will take place. This includes ensuring that our technicians have a clear path to the installation site and that any necessary keys or access codes are provided.

  5. Changes to Installation: Any changes or additions to the installation must be communicated to us prior to the installation date. Additional charges may apply for changes made after the installation has begun.

  6. Completion of Installation: We will notify you when the installation is complete. At that time, you will be asked to sign off on the installation and confirm that you are satisfied with the work.

  7. Payment for Installation: Payment for installation services is due upon completion of the installation. Payment can be made by credit card, check, or cash.

  8. Warranty: We stand behind our installation services and offer a warranty for the work that we do. Please refer to the warranty information provided with your product for more details.

  9. Liability: We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the installation process, except for damage caused by our negligence. We are also not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product or property after the installation is complete.

  10. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your installation appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
