Dye Sublimation Printing

Dye Sublimation Printing

Dye sublimation printing

Sublimation dye printing is a method that transfers artwork onto garments using heat and pressure, turning the ink into a gas that embeds into the fabric's fibers. This process ensures exceptional durability without the rubbery texture found in heat transfer printing. The ink becomes part of the fabric, resulting in a seamless look and feel and allowing for vibrant and detailed designs.

However, it's important to note that sublimation dye printing is not suitable for cotton-based clothing. It works best on materials like microfiber eyelets, microfiber interlock, and mini mesh, making it a versatile choice for various garments, including round neck and V-neck t-shirts, polo tees, singlets, and Muslimah attire.
