Chin Swee Caves Temple

After completing the construction of the first hotel and casino at Genting Highlands Resort in 1975, the founder Tan Sri Lim Go Tong envisioned creating the Chin Swee Caves Temple. It was during his exploration of the area that he stumbled upon a cool rocky slope covered with green tropical vegetation and dotted with flowing streams. This picturesque location brought back memories of the Chin Swee Crag in Penglai Village, Fujian, China, where he had observed his parents and relatives paying respects to the Reverend Chin Swee and experiencing the fulfillment of their prayers. Inspired by this connection and his deep-rooted beliefs, Tan Sri Lim Go Tong decided to immortalize the spiritual essence of Chin Swee by building the Chin Swee Caves Temple, a testament to his reverence for tradition and the power of faith.

Burger & Lobster

If you’re compiling a list of must-try eateries in Genting Highlands, Burger & Lobster should definitely be at the top. Known internationally for its exquisite seafood offerings, Burger & Lobster has gained a stellar reputation for serving some of the finest Atlantic lobster dishes alongside delectable beef burgers. Upon the waiter’s recommendation, we opted for their original steamed lobster accompanied by a refreshing salad and crispy chips.

As seafood lovers, we must say that Burger & Lobster’s steamed lobster exceeded all expectations—it was simply the best lobster we’ve ever tasted. The freshness, the scrumptious flavors, and the aromatic goodness all combined to create an unforgettable dining experience. We highly encourage anyone try it at least once if you planning a trip to Genting Highlands
