HISTRONG Eco Starter Kit | Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Customers who sign up during HOMEDEC KL (31st October - 3rd November, 2024) with a booking deposit RM3,000 qualify for a 30% discount on HISTRONG Bamboo Fiber Panels & HISTRONG Aluminium Ceiling Panels (on product purchase).
    
2. HISTRONG Gift Voucher: All customers who sign up during HOMEDEC with a RM3,000 booking deposit receive a HISTRONG Gift Voucher worth RM3,000.
    
3. Gift Voucher Redemption:The RM3,000 Gift Voucher requires a minimum purchase of RM6,000 on products at their original price.
    
4. Offer Validity: The Offer is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
    
5. Cooling Off Period: The booking deposit is refundable within a 30-day cooling off period from the purchase date.

1. Eligibility: Customers who sign up during HOMEDEC KL (31st October - 3rd November, 2024) with a booking deposit of  RM12,000 can select participating HISTRONG Bamboo Fiber Panel (up to a maximum of 78 pieces) for installation at the same premise.
    
2. Package Inclusions: This package includes labor costs for panel installation, a site visit & measurement (within Klang Valley only), and a 3D Design with up to 2 amendments within 30 days of receiving the design.

HISTRONG Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions:

1. Valid until June 30th, 2025.
2. No exchangeable for cash and valid for single transaction only.
3. Cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
4. Redeemable only for HISTRONG Bamboo Fiber Panels, HISTRONG Ceiling Panels, and HISTRONG Architrave Profiles.
5. This voucher cannot be used for labor charges and products other than those stated above.
6. HISTRONG Design (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel this voucher at any time if misuse, abuse, or suspicious activities are found.

 

HISTRONG Design Fee Terms & Conditions:

1. Interior Design Fee: A fee of RM8 per square foot (sq ft) of the project area will be charged to cover the initial design consultation, space planning, material selection, and 3D visualization.
2. Design Amendments: Up to 2 design revisions are included in the initial fee. For any additional modifications, a nominal fee of 30% per revision will be applied.
3. Project Cancellation Fee: If you decide to cancel the project after the initial design has been submitted (during the cooling-off period), a design fee will be charged.
