Our service for Vacuum Evaporator (VE ) Machines in wastewater treatment plants includes the following:
- Isolate Compressor: Disconnect the compressor from the system to ensure safe maintenance or replacement.
- Pump Down Refrigerant into Condenser Coil: Remove refrigerant from the evaporator and pump it into the condenser coil for storage or safe disposal.
- Replace Compressor Oil (Poly Ester Type): Drain and replace the compressor oil with a Poly Ester type, ensuring proper lubrication and functionality.
- Liquid Line Filter Core: Replace or clean the filter core in the liquid line to remove impurities and ensure efficient operation.
- External Condenser Coil Chemical Clean: Perform a chemical cleaning of the external condenser coil to remove buildup and maintain heat transfer efficiency.
- Calibration of TXV Valve: Adjust and calibrate the Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) to ensure proper opening and closing positions for optimal refrigerant flow.
- Reset Safety Switches: Check and reset safety switches to ensure they are functioning correctly to protect the system.
- Vacuuming and Start-Up Test Run: Evacuate the system to remove any moisture or air, and conduct a start-up test run to verify that the unit operates correctly.
These steps ensure that the Vacuum Evaporator Machine operates efficiently and reliably within the wastewater treatment plant.
