(潮洲煎焗白鲳鱼)
材料:
白鲳鱼-1条 300-400gm
咸菜丝-120gm
姜丝-少许
花菇丝-1朵
红椒丝-1条
番茄丝 -半粒
鸡胸丝-60gm
盒子豆腐-半盒
元西-少许
青葱丝-少许
小米椒-2小条
蒜子-2小粒
辣椒花-2朵

调味料:
江鱼仔汤-800gm
咸水梅-2粒
鸡精粉-1茶匙
盐-小半茶匙
白糖-半茶匙
麻油-少许
胡椒粉-少许
鱼露-1茶匙

做法:
1.手先把白鲳鱼退冰洗干净后用刀开線另一边不需要开線.开锅烧热下油煎焗大约10-12分钟捞起沥干油放碟備用。

2.把材料全部切成丝开锅烧水焯水捞起備用.

3.开锅油少许爆炒材料丝.出香味后加入江鱼仔汤滚出2分钟调味料试味道香喷喷即可上菜.淋上鱼身后开飯啰!
