Carol Low's journey into fitness is driven by her desire to maintain a healthy body well into old age, ensuring she can remain active and independent. Fitness is her lifelong habit and investment, giving her a stronger body than many, and she plans to continue this dedication.
Before fully entering the fitness industry, Carol was a beauty consultant. Her studio was split between beauty training and conducting group Tabata classes. Even without a fitness license at the time, she taught Tabata to her beauty clients out of her love for exercise. Eventually, she decided to fully commit to fitness, obtaining an international certification and co-founding Fitcom Fitness. This decision stemmed from observing her friends and family's neglect of health, mistakenly believing that a healthy body only requires good nutrition while overlooking the importance of exercise. Carol aspires to lead others towards health by imparting this knowledge.
Her goal as a trainer is to help her students understand health and fitness, reduce obesity rates, and improve overall health in Malaysia. Besides that, Carol enjoys exploring fitness-related activities, traveling, and is also an advanced open water diver.
