Term & Conditions
This site is owned and managed by Bliss Florist. Please read the following carefully as it contains terms and conditions that are part of your agreement with Bliss Florist in the event that you proceed with a purchase. The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein and by proceeding with a purchase using this site, you shall be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

 

NOTE & CONFIRMATION
Kindly check through your shopping cart and ensure that the item(s), size, quantity , and color are accurate (kindly make a remark on your purchase on what colour of the flowers you prefer, depends on stock availibility) prior to carting them out as we will not be able to change your orders once it has been processed.

Once your order is confirmed, we will make a 50% refund of your purchase in the event of cancellation provided always the notice of cancellation is given within 48hours from the delivery date and change of delivery date will not be entertained provided always the flower arrangements is completely done/ prepared.

DISCRETION TO CHANGE COLOURS OF THE FLOWERS BASED ON AVAILABILITY
In the event certain flowers (colours according to availability) are not available, we will replace with the flowers of similar in style, quality, and value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
 
 

PRICES
Prices displayed are in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice. Bliss Florist may offer options to transact in different currencies.

 

PRODUCT
*Products colors may differ mainly due to colour calibration of individual's computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
*A difference of 0.5-1.0'' between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurement may not be considered as a defect.

 

PAYMENT
Payment for orders can be made by bank deposit, online bank in, TNG, Boost QR code or credit card. Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment for the cost of purchase and delivery charges.

* At the moment we are still accepting offline payment (ATM TRANSFER). There will be no reservation, kindly whatsapp us at 013-3798697 for time extension and orders will be automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within this stipulated time frame. Bliss Florist will not be accountable for the delays caused by insufficient payment details provided. Kindly provide payment receipt once payment made by ATM/Manual banking, we will not entertain any payment without ATM receipt/printscreen. Cancelled orders cannot be reserved and Bliss Florist will not be held liable if the payment details are not provided for this time frame.
In the event where we're unable to verify payments, Bliss Florist would require assistance of the customers to process the order as quickly as we can.

 

DELIVERY
* We provide same day delivery upon verification of payment provided that the confirmation of the order is made before 4pm on the same day. Our pick up service by despatch is carried out during working hours, Monday- Saturday at 9:00AM - 6:00PM (day off on Tuesday), Sunday 10.30AM-4.30. 

* Bliss Florist is unable to make any amendment or combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct address,size and colours have been inputted prior to making payment.

All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by  Bliss Florist. However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same.  Bliss Florist shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

If for any reason  Bliss Florist is unable to dispatch goods within the delivery day from date of order, Bliss Florist  will contact the customer and advise the expected dispatch date. Should this be unsuitable to the customer,  Bliss Florist will offer either a full refund of the monies paid or suggest an alternative product.

Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of  Bliss Florist and there will be no refunds provided always the defects or damage is not caused by any of our employees.

 

RETURN AND REFUND
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (wrong item/type/defect/etc), you can send it back to our shop at your own cost providing reasonable justifications of such dissatisfaction and at our judgment Bliss Florist is at their own discretion whether or not to refund to the customers.

Bliss Florist does not claim any legal interest in trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property, other than that of its own “Bliss Florist” logo and brand.

However, Bliss Florist cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information and makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Bliss Florist will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of this site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential loss or damage.
