Proton Announces 2025 Recruitment Drive and Premieres Hari Raya Film

Along with confirming the upcoming launch of its all-new fully electric e.MAS model this year, Proton’s Deputy CEO, Roslan Abdullah, also shared details of the company’s large-scale hiring initiative during a media Iftar session last night.

"This is a great opportunity for individuals to build a rewarding career in this fast-evolving industry," Roslan remarked while introducing the programme before the premiere of Proton’s latest Hari Raya short film.

The Proton Recruitment Drive 2025 will commence in April and continue until July, with the goal of filling 732 job openings across Proton’s extensive dealership network. Available positions span sales, after-sales services, marketing, and general management.

Beyond addressing key vacancies within the organisation, this recruitment campaign also aims to foster the development of a highly skilled local workforce, contributing to Malaysia’s economic growth and competitiveness.

To further support this effort, Proton has formed partnerships with leading institutions such as the Social Security Organisation (SOCSO) and the Proton Institute, in collaboration with the Advanced Technology Training Centre (ADTEC) —a government-backed vocational college specialising in advanced technology training.

Through these collaborations, Proton seeks to connect with job seekers and provide them with essential skills to succeed in the automotive sector.
