1 Hotel Tokyo – Opening 2025

Located in Akasaka, 1 Hotel Tokyo will be the brand’s highly anticipated debut in Japan. Part of Mori Trust’s Tokyo World Gate Akasaka development, the hotel will feature 211 guest rooms, including suites inspired by Japan’s natural landscapes. Guests can enjoy curated dining, a wellness sanctuary, and lush outdoor spaces that bring nature into the heart of the city.

Nestled along the Yarra River, 1 Hotel Melbourne will be the brand’s first Australian property. It will offer 277 guest rooms and 114 residences, blending luxury with Melbourne’s natural beauty. Key highlights include a Bamford Wellness Spa, an indoor pool, and a stunning lobby bar overlooking the waterfront.

Set in the city’s historic Latin Quarter, 1 Hotel Copenhagen will feature 282 rooms, including 30 suites, and a signature restaurant led by a Green Michelin-starred chef. Guests can unwind in the Bamford Wellness Spa, explore the urban garden, or embark on cycling adventures through Copenhagen’s picturesque streets.
