The HCH3-1700 machine is designed primarily for slitting and rewinding jumbo rolls of sticker paper, kraft paper, and various other types of paper rolls. It provides high precision and efficiency in processing large paper rolls into smaller, manageable sizes.

Features :

• Main Body Unit:

  • Construction: The main body is made of cast iron and steel structure, with the cast iron undergoing secondary operation and setting treatment to ensure stability and durability.
  • Main Driving Roller: Made from seamless steel pipe, tempered, surface-hardened, chrome-plated, and mirror-surfaced with dynamic balance treatment.
  • Main Driving Press Roller: Composed of rubber (nitrile-butadiene rubber) to ensure smooth operation.
  • Material Guide Rollers: Combination of steel rolls (aluminum alloy) and rubber rolls (nitrile-butadiene rubber) for precise guiding of materials.
  • Driving Mode: Utilizes a synchronizing wheel and belt system for the main body and rewind shafts.

• Unwinding Unit:

  • Design: Features a separated structure with a hydraulic shaft-less design. Two arms move through separate hydraulic cylinders, and the entire material up-and-down movement is controlled by two additional hydraulic cylinders.
  • Clamping and Lifting: Uses an arm-and-hand system to clamp and lift parent rolls, capable of handling paper cores with diameters of 3”, 6”, and 12”. This system improves efficiency and reduces labor intensity.
  • Adjustable Device: Includes a bias adjustable device for fine-tuning left/right and forward/backward movements via a hand wheel.
  • Tension Control: Unwind tension is controlled by an Italy brand RE pneumatic brake, managed through PLC to maintain constant tension.

• Rewinding Unit:

  • Shafts: Employs 3” and 6” shaft-less types, which are more durable compared to air shafts that may bend or break under stress.
  • Tension Actuator: Features two sets of steel rollers that work with a press arm to control rewind tension.
  • Slitting Knives: Equipped with 5 sets of specially designed circular knives for high-speed paper slitting, which can be finely tuned for precision.
  • Waste Collection: Includes a paper edge waste blower to collect slit paper edges and transfer them to a designated area for easy cleaning.

• Electrical Equipment Unit:

  • Main Motor Inverter: Utilizes 1 pc SINEE vector inverter for smooth operation.
  • Main Motor: Powered by 1 pc LICHAO vector motor.
  • PLC Control: Features an imported PLC for accurate and stable control, along with a true color touch screen display for a user-friendly interface. The system supports interactive parameter settings, allowing users to input material thickness, width, density, diameter, and speed parameters, with the computer calculating and completing the process automatically.

• Operational Features:

  • Acceleration and Deceleration: Capable of both automatic and manual acceleration and deceleration, enhancing control over the slitting and rewinding process.
