A: Since I didn’t pass my IGCSE English, many universities rejected my application. However, SBIT doesn’t have this requirement, giving me the opportunity to continue my education and learn IT skills.

A: Unlike traditional universities that focus on memorization, SBIT emphasizes hands-on learning. I was able to disassemble and reassemble devices, understand how components function, and ask for guidance whenever needed. This made learning much more practical and efficient.

A: My favorite course was Laptop Troubleshooting and Maintenance. I learned how to diagnose and fix laptop issues by myself, eliminating the need for external repair services. Additionally, I gained skills in device maintenance, software installation, and system testing, all of which enhanced my technical abilities.
