Malaysia Open: Soon Huat-Shevon fall to new Thai pair in semi-finals

KUALA LUMPUR: Goh Soon Huat-Shevon Lai's Malaysia Open mixed doubles run ended in the semi-finals, losing 17-21, 21-12, 21-16 to Thailand's Dechapol Puavaranukroh-Supissara Paewsampran.

The Thai pair may face another Malaysian duo, Chen Tang Jie-Toh Ee Wei, who will battle China's top seeds Feng Yan Zhe-Huang Dong Ping in the other semi-final.
