Here are more updates regarding the HRDF / HRDC / HRD Corp training fees and allowances starting from November 1, 2024:
Training Fees Increase
In-house training fees will increase to RM10,500 per day per group.
Half-day training sessions will be capped at RM6,000 per group (4 training hours).
Increased Trainee and Trainer Allowance
For distances less than 100 km, the allowance will rise from RM150 to RM250 per day per pax.
For distances 100 km and above, the allowance will increase from RM400 to RM500 per day per pax.
Higher Meal Allowance
Meal allowance will increase from RM50 to RM100 per day per pax.
Revised Overseas Allowance
The maximum overseas training allowance will rise from RM1,000 to RM1,500 per day per pax.
Larger Group Size for Soft Skills Training
The maximum number of trainees per group for soft skills training will increase from 35 to 50 trainees per trainer.
Technical Training Group Size Remains Unchanged
The limit remains at 25 trainees per group per trainer.
New Prorated Rates for Small Groups
Training fees will now be prorated for groups with fewer than 5 trainees.
