What Is Your Sleeping Position?

It depends on type of your sleeping position! Here are some common ways people position their pillows:

  • Back Sleepers: A pillow under the head and neck (not too high) to maintain spinal alignment. Some also put a small pillow under the knees to relieve lower back pressure. Back sleeper is recommended to pick our Soft or Medium support pillow.

  • Side Sleepers: A thicker pillow under the head to keep the spine straight and sometimes another pillow between the knees to prevent hip strain. For side sleeper we highly recommend to pick our Medium or Firm support pillow.

  • Stomach Sleepers: A thin pillow (or none) under the head to avoid neck strain, and some place a pillow under the hips to reduce lower back pressure. Our Soft support pillow works best for stomach sleeper.
